CDA has warned general public in their own interest to refrain from booking of plots in any housing scheme launched in zone 3 of Islamabad.
This warning was issued after it came to the notice of CDA that the following housing schemes are marketing their projects located in Zone 3:
1- Ali Town
2- Green Meadows (North Ridge)
3- Al Rayan Residency
4- Major Makhdom Society
5- Arcadia City
As per provision of ICT Zoning Regulation of 1992, no housing scheme can be floated/launched in zone 3 of Islamabad. The above-mentioned housing schemes have been marked as illegal and legal action can be taken against their sponsors/developers if they continue marketing of these projects.
