MPCHS has finally announced the balloting date for plots in block F of B-17 Multi Gardens. It’s time now to wait until balloting in case you get a good location plot which gets you good money in the market.
Official inauguration of development work will also be conducted after the draw, which is scheduled to be held on 31st of January 2015 at 12:30 PM.
Those who want to get plot numbers are required to clear their outstanding dues, which amounts to 2 quarterly installments. Those who have not paid anything except the down payment will not be considered eligible for balloting.
Since market prices have been negatives for plots in block F, majority of people have not paid their installments. Hence this is time to submit your outstanding payments and get plot numbers.
As block F lies just next to block E along the motorway, it can be considered as one of the long term Investment Opportunities Available on Installments in Islamabad.

Market prices can slightly improve after physical development work starts off on the project. So, this is a good news for the plot holders of b-17 Block F who feel fleeced off after booking plots.
