DHA Quetta Offers Surcharge Wavier on Plots
DHA Quetta always facilitates the members by bringing different schemes on different occasions. This time, the management introduced the DHA Quetta surcharge waiver offer, this offer was announced by the society officials on the social media pages. DHA Quetta surcharge waiver offer is applicable on residential as well as commercial plots. According to the spokesperson of DHA Quetta, this is an effort by the management to create better policies for the customers and improve the relationship with the authority.
Previously, Defense Housing Society (DHA) Quetta implemented a surcharge on such customers, who delayed the payments or didn’t submit any payments at all. However, now the administration has introduced the DHA Quetta surcharge waiver offer for the facilitation of members, investors, and customers.
- DHA Quetta surcharge wavier offer is classified into three categories; here are the details of all 3 categories of this scheme:
- Customers, with 5 Marla plots, can get a 100% discount offer on a surcharge if they submit all installments, and clear the development charges.
- Customers, who are the owners of residential plots, under public ballot, can get a 40% discount if they timely clear all installments against their plots.
- Lastly, members who own balloted commercial plots can get a 35% discount, if they clear all installments in the given time frame.
It is also important to mention here, that the administration has also announced a deadline for this surcharge waiver scheme. Interested members should submit the mentioned dues before 31st May 2023 to avail of this surcharge waiver offer. Plot owners are advised to pay their remaining dues as soon as possible, without waiting for the last to enjoy this offer!
DHA Quetta has also announced a new payment plan for the Early Bird commercial category, as per the new plan, customers can clear their dues in 3 installments, instead of 2, more details here!
