Rudn Enclave Announces the Last Balloting of Executive Block
Rudn Enclave is a developing housing project in the premises of Rawalpindi on main Adyala Road, right next to the under-construction Rawalpindi Ring Road. Recently, developers announced Rudn Enclave Executive Block Last Balloting. This news was primarily announced on the social media channels of Rudn Enclave.
Rudn Enclave Executive Block last balloting will include all the remaining plots of this block. It is important to mention here, that 2 ballots have already been conducted by Rudn Enclave Administration and plot numbers are assigned to the successful members. This final balloting will make sure that all the plots are numbered, the plots that are not included will be canceled or changed/transferred according to the company policy.
Last Balloting Date
According to the notification shared by the administration, the last balloting is planned to be held after 10th June 2024. The venue, however, is not announced. The balloting event may be physical or online similar to the last one.
Conditions for Rudn Enclave Executive Block Last Balloting
Similar to the past ballots, conditions for this final ballot of Rudn Enclave Executive Block are also announced.
The only conditions for members to include their plots in this upcoming ballot are as follows:
- Members should submit at least 90% payment against their residential or commercial plots to include them in this ballot.
- Furthermore, members should also update their ledgers by contacting the administration.

Deadline for Dues Clearance
The final date to submit 90% dues, and update the ledger is 10th June 2024. This is the last chance for members to get their plots numbered. Failure to submit dues and update the ledger will result in permanent plot cancellation or change according to Rudn Enclave’s policy.
