Fina NOC is currently under process at Tehsil Municipal Administration, Feteh Jang. The NOC and LOP approvals will be granted soon because the society is properly planned and land is legally acquired.

Payment Terms:

  • Customers can avail of a 10% discount on complete payment of plot
  • Similarly, 5% discount on 50% payment for the desired plot
  • 10% extra amount will be charged on the category plots i.e. park facing, boulevard and others
  • In case of booking with 10% amount, confirmation charges need to be paid within 45 days of booking. Elsewise, ownership can be canceled, and 75% amount will be refunded in 6 months

Booking Details

Nova City Islamabad provided an easy booking procedure, keeping in mind the convenience of customers.

Following is the procedure of booking a plot at Nova City:

  • Customers need to pay 20% amount as down payment for the selected plot size in the form of cash, pay order or online transfer
  • After the down payment, booking form is issued which is then filled out properly and submitted with required documents at the society office.
  • Once payment and form are submitted, membership letter is issued within few weeks, and file is prepared within 45 days after the issuance of membership letter.

  • 1 x Copy of customer’s CNIC
  • 2 x Passport Size Photographs of the primary customer
  • 1 x Copy of Next of Kin’s CNIC
