Faisal Town Phase 2 Balloting Announced in May 2024
As per the latest updates, the Faisal Town Phase 2 balloting has been announced by the developers, and it is quite a big milestone for the members. Faisal Town Phase 2 is a new and comprehensive housing project of Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, continuing the legacy of its predecessor, Faisal Town. The project offers a wide range of residential plots at affordable prices and convenient installment plans.
The announcement of Faisal Town Phase 2 balloting is indeed very exciting and good news for the members, and Mr. Majeed has fulfilled yet another promise. In this article, we will give all the necessary information related to this balloting.
Faisal Town Phase 2 Balloting Date
The first and only balloting will be held on 5th May 2024, however, the venue is not announced. We will inform you when the details about the venue are revealed by the administration of Faisal Town Phase 2.

Dues Clearance Deadline
Along with the balloting date, the administration of Faisal Town Phase 2 has also announced the deadline for clearing dues. All customers interested in including their plots in this ballot should clear the dues by 26th April 2024.
Balloting Criteria
The balloting criteria are different for different types of customers, we will discuss them below:
First Category
- Members who have purchased files with lump-sum payments, with a 20% discount belong to the first category. They will be given priority and their plots will be placed in front sectors of the society.

Second Category
- The second category of customers is those who want to pay a lump sum amount against their files. They will not only get a 15% discount but will be added to the first category, and will be given priority.
Third Category
- The third category of customers are those who will submit at least 9 installments against their plots. They will enjoy a 7% discount and will be prioritized after the first category customers.
Fourth Category
- People who want to submit regular installments belong to this category, such customers need to clear at least 6 installments to become a part of this balloting.
It is important to mention that at least 6 installments should be cleared for taking part in the only balloting of Faisal Town Phase 2.

People who are not included in this grand balloting will be assigned numbers afterward. The plot numbers will be assigned after customers clear their total payments.
