- Interested investors and potential customers should clear at least 65% of payment against their plots to get involved in Rudn Enclave Executive Block second balloting. No exceptions will make in terms of payments for this ballot.
- Furthermore, the customers should also request the management to update their ledgers against 65% payment.
- This balloting will follow a first come first serve principle, so hurry up and don’t miss your chances.
How this Ballot is different from the first ballot?
Rudn Enclave Executive Block second balloting is quite different from the first balloting, only selected plot sizes were included in the first balloting, whereas, all categories of residential plots will be balloted in this second ballot. Furthermore, Rudn Enclave management has also included the High Point Commercials in this upcoming balloting event. The eligibility criteria are the same for these as well
