Rudn Enclave Executive Block Balloting Results
The balloting of Rudn Enclave Executive Block was successfully conducted by the management on 14 March 2023. Furthermore, Rudn Enclave Executive Block balloting results are officially announced, without any delay from the administration. This was the first-ever balloting of Rudn Enclave and was highly anticipated by the members.
Contrary to the initial planning of conducting on-site, Rudn Enclave Executive Block Balloting was held at White Rose Marquee in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Furthermore, the balloting results are also announced and you can easily check the balloting status of your plots.
Instead of using a more traditional approach of releasing documents, Rudn Enclave Executive Block Balloting results are uploaded to the official website of the housing society. People who cleared dues and updated the ledgers according to the requirements were made a part of this balloting.
How to Check Rudn Enclave Executive Block Balloting Results?
Just follow the simple procedure given below to check the status of your plot:
- First, you need to head over to the official website of Rudn Enclave: rudnenclave.com/, on the top-right side of the header you will find a “Balloting” button, flashing in yellow color.
- Or you can directly visit the balloting results page: rudnenclave.com/ballotingresult.php
- After you make it to the balloting page, all the instructions are given, you just need to input your CNIC number along with your registration number.
- Now, click the “Check your Status” button, and the balloting status of your plot along with the plot number and street number will be displayed.
It is worth mentioning here that the members who cleared at least 60% amount against their plots were included in this balloting. Furthermore, members who cleared 100% of payments against their plots have been given the option to choose from category plots. Furthermore, the map of the Executive Block was not released, as claimed by the management.
Rudn Enclave Next Balloting
The officials of the society also announced the date for the next balloting of Rudn Enclave. This next balloting will also be held for the Executive Block, however, it is not yet clear whether the next ballot will include commercial plots or not. Rudn Enclave Executive Block’s next balloting will be held on 15th of May, 2023.
The administration and officials of Rudn Enclave announced in the past that 2023 will be the year of delivery, and we can see that the society is conducting yet another balloting in May.
