Sector G-13 is situated at the prime location of Islamabad on Kashmir Highway near the entry point of Islamabad. It lies in Zone-1 of Islamabad Master Plan. The auction will held on 28th July 2015 at 10 a.m to 4 p.m at the site office of EHFPRO opposite to G-13 Markaz, G-13 Islamabad. Note that EHFPRO is the private development partner of FGEHF. Brochures are available at Rs 5000/- each from the head office of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation located in G-10/4 Islamabad during working hours.
There will be total 9 commercial plots of G-13 Markaz and 11 class 3 commercial plots in G-13/2 Islamabad. There are also 9 C Type 1100 sqft residential apartments located in G-11 which will be up for auction.
