FGEHF to Auction Sector G-13 Markaz Commercial Plots
Sector G-13 is situated at the prime location of Islamabad on Kashmir Highway near the entry point of Islamabad. It lies in Zone-1 of Islamabad Master Plan. This sector is close to GT road as well as Motorway M-1 and M-2. Sector G-13 is a fully developed sector where population is growing quickly, so FGEHF has planned to auction few commercial plots of G-13 Markaz as well as class 3 shopping mall plots of G-13/2.
The auction will held on 28th July 2015 at 10 a.m to 4 p.m at the site office of EHFPRO opposite to G-13 Markaz, G-13 Islamabad. Note that EHFPRO is the private development partner of FGEHF. Brochures are available at Rs 5000/- each from the head office of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation located in G-10/4 Islamabad during working hours.
There will be total 9 commercial plots of G-13 Markaz and 11 class 3 commercial plots in G-13/2 Islamabad. There are also 9 C Type 1100 sqft residential apartments located in G-11 which will be up for auction.
These commercial plots are free from all legal encumbrances, so this is high time for investors to take part in the auction and bid for these prime location commercial plots of G-13 Markaz.
