Rudn Enclave Executive Block Second Balloting Results
Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi is a housing project by RMRSCO, progressing at a rapid pace, the first balloting is already held, and now the developers are done with Rudn Enclave’s second balloting as well. Rudn Enclave second balloting results are also officially announced by the administration. The second balloting of Executive Block was held on 16th November 2023.
The second balloting was initially planned at the site of society, but due to unforeseen circumstances, it got delayed. However, the management soon re-announced the dates, but this time, no physical event was announced. Rather, the management announced an online balloting.
Rudn Enclave Executive Block second balloting is conducted successfully and the results of this ballot are uploaded to the official website of Rudn Enclave. Members who had submitted the dues, and updated the ledgers were included in this ballot. They can easily check Rudn Enclave second balloting results by visiting the official website.

Checking the Rudn Enclave Executive Block second balloting results
Members can follow some simple steps to check the balloting status of their plots, here is how you can check the results:
- Simply, go to the official website of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi, once there, head to the top menu, there you will see the balloting button in the top-right corner of the website.
- You can also directly jump onto the balloting page by clicking this link: https://rudnenclave.com/secondballot.php.
- Next, you need to click on it, and it will take you to the balloting results page, here you can insert your plot credentials and check ballot status.
- On the balloting results page, enter your CNIC, followed by your registration number, and click the check your status button.
- The result will be displayed in the table given below; it will show the plot size, sector, plot number, street number, and status of your plot.
Both residential and commercial plots of the Executive Block are included in this balloting. Furthermore, members who cleared at least 65% of payment against their plots were included in this balloting. Furthermore, the management also announced priority for members with the highest paid amounts.
Executive Block Map
In addition to balloting, the administration of Rudn Enclave has also released the master plan map of the Executive Block. This is a big milestone in the development of society, similar to Rudn Enclave Executive Block’s second balloting results; the map is also uploaded to the official website of the society. Members will be able to see the layout of the Executive Block and check the location of their plots on the map.

New Rates
New rates are now applicable for all the open and closed files of Rudn Enclave. All of the files that were booked 20% down payment are converted to new rates, which will be announced soon by the management. New rates will be applied to all residential and commercial plots of the Executive Block, residential plots of the H Block, and all open and closed files.
