General Block Updates
General Block is a large block of Rudn Enclave, which offers a wide range of residential and commercial plots. The developers started the development of the Executive Block first and announced that the development of the General Block would be started later. Members of General Block have the perception that this block will not be developed at all. In reality, these assumptions are far from the truth, as the developers are fully committed to developing it.
Recently, the administration shared some updates to clear the doubts of members of the General Block. As per the latest updates, the development did not begin because the government implemented a sanction due to the Rawalpindi Ring Road development. However, now, this sanction will be removed soon, as the route is finalized and development has started. So, the development of General Block will also start soon.
Executive Block Updates
Executive Block is the premium and rapidly developing block of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi. It is progressing rapidly, as the first balloting is already done for this block. The second balloting of Executive Block is planned for 16th November 2023. Interested members can clear at least 65% payment to become a part of this ballot. Furthermore, members who have paid the highest amounts in terms of installments will be given priority.
Furthermore, the second ballot will include both residential and commercial plots. The merging and ledgers are officially closed from 15th November. So members should act fast and take the maximum benefit from merging to clear their dues and update ledgers. No open file will be allowed from 15 November forward. The master plan of Executive Block will be disclosed on 16th November 2023. Furthermore, the possessions of plots will start from January 2024.
Rudn Enclave Overseas Block Updates
Rudn Enclave has also planned to launch the Overseas Block in the society. This will be a LOP-based block with a limited inventory of residential and commercial plots, unlike the General and Executive Blocks. This block will have multiple entries, from Adyala Road as well as Chakri Road. Furthermore, it will come with excellent features like an artificial beach, the highest skywalk, an open safari park, a zip line, and much more.
Most probably, the plot sizes will be 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, and commercial sizes will be publicized later. According to the developers, only 2000 plot cuttings will be launched in Rudn Enclave Overseas Block. Furthermore, it will be developed on an early basis and possessions will be granted to members. The prices of Overseas Block will be disclosed later.
