CDA Approves NOC of Senate Housing Society Islamabad
Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently approved the NOC of Senate Secretariat Employees Co-operative Housing Society (SSECHS). They have issued the NOC required for the development of this housing society.
The development work on this housing society has commenced already according to the plan. CDA has provided the directives for the construction of the housing society and its surrounding areas.
SSECHS is now set to develop an allocated area of 679.9 Kanals. There will be no extension in development timeline given to the housing society at any cost and CDA will monitor its development.
The road leading to SSECHS can only be constructed after consultation from relevant departments. The consultant should be registered with a concerned authority like PEC and only then the construction can be started.
The buildings that are to be constructed in this housing society need approval from CDA first. The changes can be made to the construction of the building as per the requirement of the time.
The development of this housing society is likely to be completed in three years. Since the project is ideally located in zone 5 Islamabad in the neighborhood of Gulberg Islamabad and OPF Valley, there is going to be huge demand for residence in this scheme after the development work is complete.
Capital Development Authority has issued a NOC on different terms and conditions, which needs to be fulfilled at any cost. It is the responsibility of the sponsors to ensure at least 10% of the development from the date of issuance of NOC.
The validity of NOC is only applicable if the sponsors of this development project can meet the minimum requirements of CDA. It is now the responsibility of the developer to ensure a fast-paced development of this housing society.
