Rudn Enclave NOC to be Approved Soon by PHATA
Rudn Enclave is a large-scale and mixed-use housing project on main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. Recently, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), took action against different housing projects in Rawalpindi, including Rudn Enclave, that evoked a sense of fear in the members. The administration of Rudn Enclave has taken serious steps and applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the administrative authorities. According to the management, Rudn Enclave is spread over almost 25,000 to 30,000 Kanal of land, and developers have legal ownership. Now, Developers have applied for NOC from the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA). Furthermore, the society has also been listed on the official portal of PHATA as “Under Process”.

This means that NOC will be granted to Rudn Enclave soon after the procedure of PHATA is completed. Members should not believe the rumors circling the masses and instead do their own research. After approval, Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi will become a legal housing project in the city.
