Rudn Enclave Overseas Block was officially launched in the last quarter of 2024; this is the only block in any housing project in Pakistan that came with proper approval from PHATTA. Overseas Block is not only approved, but it also lies at a strategic location on the main Chakri Road, close to the Rawalpindi Ring Road route.
3 plot sizes were introduced in this block including 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal residential plots. The prices were kept affordable and a convenient installment plan was revealed. However, the Rudn Enclave administration announced multiple times in the past, that the rates of Overseas Block will be revised.
Now, the new rates of Rudn Enclave Overseas Block are revealed by the society that are somewhat higher than the old rates.
The new rates of all 3 categories of plots are mentioned below:
The new price of 5 Marla plots is now 2,090,000 and it is available with a 20% down payment, which is PKR 418,000. There are 48 monthly installments, each of PKR 30,450 and possession charges are 209,000.
The total price of 10 Marla plots under the new rates is PKR 3,900,000 whereas the 20% down payment is PKR 780,000. Each installment is PKR 56,875 and the possession charges are PKR 390,000.
01 Kanal prices are increased as well; the new total price of 1 Kanal plot is PKR 5,995,000. It can be booked with a 20% down payment which is PKR 1,199,000. Each monthly installment is PKR 88,563 and payable possession charges are PKR 599,500.
The total price, installments, and possession charges are the same for both of these categories; the only change is in the down payment, which is discussed below:
