Rudn Enclave Onboards Naseem Shah, gives insights on Balloting, Merging and Map Release
Rudn Enclave is a developing housing project of RMRSCO in the premises of Rawalpindi, ideally located on the main Adyala Road and greatly benefitting from Rawalpindi Ring Road. The administration of the society held an event on 21st September 2023, to not only announce the new brand ambassador but also to share some details with the realtors’ community.
Naseem Shah – Brand Ambassador or Rudn Enclave
This was a mega event in which the administration of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi announced Naseem Shah, the famous Pakistani Cricketer as their brand ambassador. Furthermore, Naseem Shah also addressed the gathering and expressed his delight to be the ambassador of Rudn Enclave. In addition to this, the management also announced some other news too, to keep customers and members updated.
Second Balloting Update
The first and most important thing addressed was the second balloting event, which was delayed due to heavy rainfall, as the event was held at the site. However, now the administration has announced that the second balloting event can be held at any time at a notice period of 2 days. Therefore, interested members are advised to clear their dues and wait for the event.

Merging Policy Deadline
In addition to the second balloting event, insights on the merging policy were also shared. According to the officials, all policies related to file merging will be discontinued on 15 October 2023. No cases of file merging will be entertained after the mentioned date.

Executive Block Map Updates
Furthermore, the most awaited and anticipated master plan map of Rudn Enclave Executive Block will be launched in the second balloting event. Members and investors often complained, that there is no map of the society. Therefore, the Executive Block map will be launched in the second balloting event. This is exciting news for people who have invested in the Executive Block, especially members with balloted files, as they will be able to view their plots on a map!
