Rudn Enclave Executive Block Second Balloting Postponed
Rudn Enclave is a modern and rapidly developing housing project on main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. The balloting of the Executive Block of the society was announced in the past. It was to be held on 16th September 2023, however, it has been postponed mainly due to the weather conditions.
Both residential and commercial properties were to be balloted in this grand event. Members were anxious about this event, as it was being held at the site. The administration of Rudn Enclave made arrangements for 10,000 people, which means that it was the largest event in the history of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi.
The main reason behind the postponement was rain, as you know, the rain started in Rawalpindi and Islamabad in the evening around 8:00 p.m. Furthermore, it kept raining throughout the night and it stopped in the early morning.
Due to this reason, the arrangements made at the site were disturbed significantly. Moreover, as the event was arranged on-site, access would have been difficult due to the unpaved route. The notification of postponement was released late at night, so many members didn’t have any idea about the cancellation of this event.
However, there is no need to worry, as the management will reschedule the second balloting. It is unsure whether the event will be held on-site or in some other location, but it will be disclosed soon. Members, who wanted to become a part of this balloting, but could not clear their dues have got yet another chance. They can submit 65% payment against their plots and become a part of this balloting event.

The second balloting event will be held in all its glory; it has just faced a minor setback. The new dates will be announced soon, and members should mark their calendars and attend this mega event, where an overview of development, NOC, and other aspects will be shared in addition to balloting!
