Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi File Merger Policy and Guidelines 2023

Recently, the administration released Rudn Enclave file merger policy and guidelines for the customers. Rudn Enclave file merger policy and guidelines were shared by the management on the official website and social media platform.
The following key points were discussed in the policy guidelines of Rudn Enclave:
Policy for General Block Plots
- Members with blocked files can revert their files to the old rate, by paying 50% of the total due installments and updating their ledger before 25 December 2023.
- Members who submitted installments on time, with 50% or more don’t need to pay any transfer fee till 31st December 2023.
- All bookings, made before June 2020, and still active, will get facilitation in the balance payment for 1 year.
New Bookings of Executive and H Block
- Members, who book new plots in the Executive Block and H Block will get the updated leger from the booking date.
- The eligibility for above mentioned point is open files which will be closed from 16 August to 15 September 2023.
Executive Block Policy
- The management has given a last chance for members to revert their blocked files of Executive and H-Block.
- Members can update their ledgers with less than 6 pending installments or pay 50% of the overdue installments.
Rudn Enclave File Merger Policy
- The administration has applied the new merger policy w. e .f from 16 August 2023 to 15 September 2023.
- This policy will apply to all residential and commercial open files of the Executive Block and residential files of the H Block.
- The same sizes and same rates will be merged based on (1 + 2) on open files closed after 15th August 2023.
- Members with merged files can also become a part of the balloting by paying 5% in cash, the remaining 35% can be paid in cash according to the ledger schedule.
- Furthermoret is important to mention, that Rudn Discount Vouchers are not eligible for merging.
Executive Open Files Policy
- The open files of Executive and H Block should be used in merging and end user cutting from 16 August 2023 to 15 September 2023.
- All open files of Executive and H Block will be blocked and transferred to new rates after 15 September.
Second Balloting
Rudn Enclave management has also announced the official second balloting date. According to the notification, it will be held on 16th September 2023. This balloting will be held for residential and commercial plots of the Executive Block. Members need to pay at least 65% of the total amount to become a part of the second balloting. Furthermore, merger file holders can also become a part of this balloting by paying 5% amount in cash as per their ledger.
