The management of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi held a meeting with the authorized sales partners where they were requested to bring discounts for the facilitation of members, given the current inflation and instability of the country as many members were facing difficulties in clearing their dues. So, the management has announced Rudn Enclave discount offer.
Rudn Advance Installment Voucher
For this purpose, the society management has launched special discount forms and named them “Rudn Advance Installment Vouchers” or “RAIV”. These vouchers will enable the members to get discounts on paying advance installments.
How to get Rudn Advance Installment Voucher?
The management of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi has launched the RAIV forms, but they will be provided only to authorized dealers of society. Members are advised to purchase these from authentic sales partners of the society such as Manahil Estate.
Discount Offer
- Members can avail of up to 20% discount on each installment against their plots by purchasing the RAIV forms.
- The forms are available for PKR 20,000 but they will be adjusted for PKR 25,000. So each form will give you a discount of PKR 5,000.
How Does It Work?
Members may find it difficult to understand the working of RAIV forms for discounts, so, we are explaining it here for your convenience:
- The cost of each form will be around PKR 25,000, but members can purchase it by paying a 20% discounted price which is around PKR 20,000.
- Let’s say you have a 14-Marla plot in Executive Block, and the per-month installment is PKR 51,041. You need to purchase multiple forms, in this case, 2 forms as 1 form price are PKR 25,000. But, you will get forms at a discounted price of PKR 20,000. This way you will get a discount of PKR 10,000 for each installment against this plot.
- The same procedure is applicable for all booking of Executive and General Block.
- Members need to acquire these forms according to their due installments and submit them back to society as installments, hence getting excellent discounts.
Conditions
- For General Block, you can submit 50% of the total plot cost as installments using RAIV forms. The rest of the amount is due as per the old policy via the bank.
- Whereas for Executive Block, you can submit up to 75% dues of the total cost using discount forms. The remaining 25% is to be cleared via bank.

Rudn Enclave Discount Offer Launching Ceremony
