Globiz Avenue Phase 4 is a GDA approved housing project in Gwadar and it is sponsored by Gwadar Builders and Associates. The society is located in Mouza Ankara Shumali of Gwadar port city as can be seen on the map attached above.
The society has issued a public notice announcing the last date of submission of open forms of residential and commercial plots at Globiz Avenue Phase 4. Failing which, society will not accept any such form.
According to the notice, all those members who have open forms/files of Globiz Avenue Phase 4, they must submit their open forms to the society by 31st January 2018, otherwise such open forms will be considered void and society will not entertain any such case.
