Top City-1 Islamabad has finally decided to join hands with Star Marketing Private Limited in order to promote the society across Pakistan as well as internationally. Star Marketing is the largest and most successful real estate marketing company of Pakistan, therefore, Top City-1 is expected to gain much higher advantages by handing over marketing rights to the top notch marketing company.
The grand signing ceremony was held on 22nd January, 2017, where both companies joined hands to make this project a success story. Through aggressive advertisements and unique marketing ideas by Star Marketing, we can expect property prices to rise further in Top City-1. This venture will not only draw attention of potential buyers towards Top City-1, but other neighboring housing schemes will also benefit from the extensive promotional campaigns.
As per the news, Top City-1 is also launching new plots in its extension area and Star Marketing will be the marketing consultant and partner for this new launch. No further details about the expected prices and payment plan are available, however new launch is expected soon.
