OPF Housing Scheme Opens Pre-Bookings of Residential Plots
Overseas Pakistanis Foundation is a dedicated government institution that works to introduce different projects for overseas Pakistanis. One of these projects is OPF Housing Scheme, which is designed to cater to the needs of expatriates. Recently, the administration of OPF Housing announced the opening of pre-bookings of residential plots in one of their projects. This news was announced by the authority in an advertisement released on 6th October 2023.
The new residential plots pre-bookings are announced in OPF Housing Scheme, which is situated on Rawat Kallar Syedan Road in Rawalpindi City. Furthermore, different residential plots are also announced in this advertisement.
The following plots are present for pre-booking in OPF Housing Scheme Rawalpindi:
- 5 Marla
- 8 Marla
- 10 Marla
Eligibility Criteria
Aside from this, the eligibility criteria for applications were also disclosed in the advertisement, which are as follows:
- Overseas Pakistanis who want to apply for pre-booking should have membership in the Overseas Pakistani Foundation.
- Refundable booking payment is applicable for booking plots; PKR 500,000 should be submitted as a token payment.
- Furthermore, a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 15,000 is also due for bookings.
- The prices of plots in the OPF Housing Scheme are mentioned in the official application forms available on the website of OPF.
- The forms can be downloaded from the official OPF website.

The advance token payment will be adjusted into the plot price, after successful purchase. Customers will need to submit the remaining dues after a successful booking. Furthermore, OPF may accept or reject the applications of clients before the allocation of residential plots.
