Files Transfers and Transfer Fees Details of Bahria Town Karachi
File transfer process has started in Bahria Town Karachi and the details of transfer fees of residential and commercial plots, homes and apartments is given out. The transfer procedure is simple but the transfer fee seems to be little higher.
We have attached the picture of the document with details of checklist for general file transfer and the fee amount fixed by Bahria Town for each of the property type and size.
Transfer Checklist:
- The seller has to be present at the time of transfer, whereas the buyer or somebody acting on behalf on the buyer with valid authority has to be present.
- Both buyers and sellers should present their CNIC and photograph, original customer copy of booking form, and original deposit slip of transfer fees.
Note: Bahria Town has announced that transfer fees will be half until the first installment.

General transfer means that owner is selling file to somebody else. Death means, file is being transferred to the nominee of the owner.
