mixed-use housing project

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved a mixed-use housing project and a guest house in the federal capital. The decision was taken during a meeting of the CDA Board chaired by CDA Chairman, Noor-ul-Amin Mengal.

The mixed-use housing project will be developed in Kuri Enclave, Zone-4, a housing society being developed for overseas Pakistanis. The project will comprise residential and commercial units and will have all the necessary amenities, including parks, schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. This project will be developed on a total land area of 3,500 sq. ft.

The CDA has said that the project will be developed following all the relevant rules and regulations, and it will ensure that all necessary infrastructure is in place before the development work starts.

The guest house will be developed near Rawal Lake, close to Lake View Park. The guest house will have all the necessary facilities for the guests, including comfortable rooms, dining areas, and meeting rooms.

The CDA has said that the guest house will be developed with a modern design and will have all the necessary facilities to cater to the needs of the guests. The authority has said that it will ensure that the construction work is completed within the stipulated time frame.

The CDA has urged interested parties to ensure that they have obtained all the necessary approvals and permissions before starting the construction work. The authority has said that it will not allow any unauthorized construction work in the federal capital.

The approval of the mixed-use housing project and the guest house by the CDA is likely to generate more interest from investors and developers. The projects are expected to provide much-needed housing and accommodation facilities in the federal capital and will help boost the real estate sector.
