DHA City Karachi has recently decided to revise the payment plan of recently booked residential plots in short ballot 2017 and Oasis Farm House Phase 2. This revision doesn’t change the total payable amount, however the payment plan has been extended by 2 years. The installment amounts for residential plots and farm houses have been decreased per quarter by 50% for first two years.
Revised payment plan will stretch up to 6 years, which means that installments will end in 2023. This revision also implies that new bookings have been planned in future developments of DHA City, that will impact its market price negatively. However, the extended payment plan will affect positively as more people will be able to afford lower installment amounts per quarter.
