Capital Smart City Extends Payment Submission Deadline
News: Capital Smart City payment submission date has been extended to 31 January 2023, according to authentic resources; this decision was made due to a huge number of requests from members and the dealership community. The official notification for extension was published on CSC official website.
Capital Smart City is a state-of-the-art living community developing at the most desirable location of M-2 Motorway Islamabad. It is the first smart housing society in Pakistan developed by Future Development Holdings Private Ltd (FDHL) and Surbana Jurong. The project offers smart features, homes, amenities, and infrastructure, hence, the name “Capital Smart City.” It is duly approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and developing at a fast pace.
Recently, the Capital Smart City payment submission date was extended due to a large number of requests from members and authorized dealers. The management received a large number of requests, mainly from the members of the Overseas Block. It came to the notice of CSC management that plenty of overseas customers are facing problems in sending payments. Furthermore, the sales partners of the society have also requested an extension in deadlines on the behalf of overseas community.
Keeping in view the current situation, management is once again bringing convenience to its members by extending the Capital Smart City payment submission date. The last date for clearance of dues is extended to 31 January 2023. However, the terms and conditions of the previous notes should be followed by all related personnel. Furthermore, the customer support team is active 24/7 and you should contact them in case of any query or assistance.
The esteemed members of Capital Smart City Overseas Block are advised to act accordingly and try to submit payments before the mentioned deadline to avoid penalties. Moreover, this date is not extendable under any circumstances.
