Khayaban-e-Amin Housing Scheme Lahore has rolled out a notice regarding the possession and transfer policy of houses under welfare scheme. The society has successfully handed over possessions of plots and houses in multiple blocks, however remaining houses and plots will be handed over by February 2019.
According to the notice, the society has decided to allow the owners of houses under welfare scheme to either sell or rent out their houses. Earlier, the society had imposed restriction to sell or rent out these houses for 5 years.
Secondly, the society has asked members to pay off their dues on time so that remaining houses can be handed over without further delay.
