CDA to Invite Tenders for the Development of Sector C-16 Islamabad
Sector C-16 is located in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan. Now, CDA invites tenders for Sector C-16 development, so that the work can start without any delay. It is also important to mention that a total of 2,500 residential plots are being offered in different blocks of C-16 Islamabad. It will also constitute a Markaz, similar to other sectors as well as a shopping center.
The development of Sector C-16 is being undertaken by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), the government body responsible for the planning and development of Islamabad. The project is being developed in phases, with each phase focusing on the development of specific blocks within the sector.
The development of Phase 1, which includes Blocks A, B, C, and D, is currently underway. The development work includes the construction of roads, water supply, sewage, drainage systems, and other necessary infrastructure. The development work is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
Phase 2, which includes Blocks E, F, and G, is expected to begin in 2024 and be completed by 2026. The development work for this phase will include the construction of schools, parks, community centers, and other amenities.
