Blue World City Announces Revised Rates for General and Overseas Block
In the latest news, the Blue World City housing society tends to introduce new plot prices for General and Overseas blocks. In a notification from Blue World City, the management clearly stated that new rates will be implemented on both of these blocks. However, Blue World City General and Overseas Block revised rates are yet to be announced soon.
The new rates are likely to be implemented from 1 July 2022 and the old rates will be closed for all the plots of the General and Overseas Block of Blue World City. The old booking is eligible till 30 June 2022, people who are interested in getting plots in the mentioned block should book now and get the old rates.
Following are the details of this news according to the official news notification from Blue World City:
General Block
- Open registrations for 5 Marla and above plots will be closed and new rates will be implemented after 30 June 2022.
Overseas Block
- Open registrations for 7 Marla and above plots will be closed on 30 June 2022; new rates will apply from 1 July 2022.
