Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) has opened new memberships for allotment of residential D-type flats in sector I-12 Islamabad. This is an attractive investment opportunity for those who want low budget residence in Islamabad or those who want to multiply their investment.
PHA is offering D Type residential apartments in this scheme which have covered area of 950 sqft. This project is open for general public, however, only registered members will be eligible for booking in the project.
Membership fees is PKR 25000/- which can be submitted along with filled out form with attached documents in all branches of Habib Metropolitan Bank, Silk Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Allotment will be done through balloting and those who fail in the balloting will get refund of their registration amount after deduction of PKR 5000/- as service charges.
Flats will be available on 2 to 3 year easy installments, which means it is an affordable investment option for the majority of investors/property seekers.
Membership forms are available at the website of PHAF i.e. (www.pha.gov.pk) and a copy of the form is attached below for your convenience.
All citizens of Pakistan including those from Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir and Overseas Pakistanis who are aged above 18 and who hold national identity card from NADRA are eligible to apply for membership.
Last date to apply for membership is 10th November 2015.
Note that membership forms can be submitted at the nominated banks only. Forms will not be accepted in the office of Pakistan Housing Foundation.
