New Metro City Gujar Khan Balloting Results
The most awaited balloting event of New Metro City Gujar Khan was held successfully on the promised dates i.e. 20th August 2021. This balloting involved the plots of Sector A, specifically Block A of New Metro City, and was named early bird balloting. Congratulations to all the members who have got their plots in Block A of New Metro City Gujar Khan. We bring you New Metro City balloting results against all plot sizes included in this event.
This balloting event was attended by members, higher management, authorized dealers, and other concerned people. Members who had submitted their open files were eligible for this balloting. A computerized ballot was held, and results were displayed during the event. Moreover, the management also uploaded New Metro City balloting results on its official website.

Members who were not able to close bookings before this balloting don’t need to worry, as the management of New Metro City has reserved a 30% quota of A Block. Balloting for the remaining 30% quota will be held 40 days from the early bird balloting, members who are interested in getting a plot in A Block still have a chance. According to the management of New Metro City Gujar Khan, members who don’t get plots in A Block will be accommodated in the next primary balloting of B Block that will be held in a few months.

B Block was also announced in this balloting event and it will be launched soon. Moreover, possession of A Block will be granted to respective owners in 5 months from this early bird balloting. Whereas, B Block balloting will be held in 4-5 months and possessions will be granted within 8-9 months of balloting.
New Metro City is also holding a special balloting event to accommodate the late comers. Members are advised to submit their open booking files by 29th September 2022. Special balloting will be held on 30th September 2022. This is the last chance for members to get their plots allotted in A Block of New Metro City Gujar Khan.
