Bahria Town Karachi has announced a new surcharge waiver policy 2019 which applies to all projects of Bahria Town including Bahria Paradise and Bahria Sports City. This new policy is being introduced in order to urge members to pay their outstanding installments as soon as possible.
Since most of the people had stopped their installments due to the ongoing court cases of Bahria Town, this policy will help them get their surcharges waived off if they pay their outstanding dues within given time.
Earlier, the last date to avail surcharge waiver was 5th of April 2019, however it has now been extended. You can pay off your outstanding dues by or before 30th of April 2019 to avail 100% surcharge waiver.
This policy may further be extended, however it is better to avail this opportunity within the given date if your plot lies in the safe zone/legitimate land.
