Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi LOP Cleared by PHATA
Rudn Enclave is a meticulously designed housing project in Rawalpindi, which aims to cater to the needs of the public, through the provision of affordable residential and commercial plots. The administration has announced a piece of good news for the members, investors, and realtors community. Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) finally cleared Rudn Enclave LOP. This is indeed very good news for people related to the Rudn Enclave Housing Society.
Previously, the project faced allegations from people, for not having approval from administration authorities. The approval of Rudn Enclave LOP is the indication, that the administration is very serious in this concern. Now, that the society has achieved this milestone, it will keep on getting approvals from all related administrative authorities.
The management held a grand event on 20 November 2023, in Aura Grand Event Complex in Islamabad to announce multiple good news related to the project. First, they announced the good news of Rudn Enclave LOP, cleared by PHATA. Second, they announced the launch of Rudn Enclave Overseas Block. Furthermore, insights on the features of upcoming Overseas Block and development updates of Executive Block.
It is important to mention, that the registration or approval number of Rudn Enclave in PHATA is DG-PHATA/W-I/PHS/84/2023, which can also be verified on the official PHATA website. Furthermore, the Overseas Block of the society is already coming with an approved LOP, and NOC will follow. The administration of Rudn Enclave has fulfilled yet another promise made to the investors and potential customers.
The second balloting of Executive Block is also held successfully, and the results are uploaded to the official website. The next step is possession, which will be handed over in January 2024. Rudn Enclave is progressing rapidly and on its way to becoming a comprehensive housing project in Rawalpindi.
