Bahria Town Peshawar Discloses Form Adjustment Rates
Bahria Town Peshawar is the latest housing project by real estate giant, Bahria Town Private Limited, headed by Malik Riaz Hussain. The administration announced Bahria Town Peshawar form adjustment rates for the customers. Bahria Town Peshawar is a newly launched comprehensive project in Peshawar City. It was announced multiple times in the past, but was delayed; however, it was launched a few months back in 2023.
As you already know, the management of BTP launched registration forms, which were available from all head offices of Bahria Town. The initial launched price of BTP forms was PKR 70,000, which was sold instantly and many people earned good profit by selling them. The administration announced that these forms would be adjusted in the total plot price at an increased price.
Bahria Town Peshawar Form Adjustment Rates
Management has fulfilled its promise and disclosed Bahria Town Peshawar form adjustment rates a few days ago. According to the country head of Bahria Town, Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, the adjustment of these forms will be PKR 250,000. This means that members who possess the registration form get an instant profit of PKR 180,000 and it will be adjusted in total plot cost at the time of launching.
This shows the intent of Bahria Town administration towards facilitating the customers and investors. The soft launch of Bahria Town Peshawar was held on 14th August 2023, and the official launch will be announced shortly. This project resides in the Panam Dheri Area of Peshawar City on the main Warsak Road.
