Housing Schemes Offering Plots on Installment in Islamabad

Generally, individual property buyers seek installment options for investment. Whichever housing schemes are launched,  plots are offered on monthly or quarterly installments. More than 70% of property buyers go for installment options as we have observed while conducting our live chat service.

Installment options are little expensive but payment plan is flexible which is most important factor for most of the investors. Demand for installment plots is usually higher than cash options. Even discounts are offered against cash payment for a plot selling on installment, which normally range from 10% up to 25% in some cases.

Smart Investors usually go after any new project launching on installment as files normally start selling on profit after the booking is closed. Bahria Enclave 2, Sky Gardens Dream Valley and B-17 F block are not the normal cases as these were the second or third launches of the already under-development projects. Short-term investors suffered heavy losses in these projects but that was due to a number of other reasons which we will discuss in some later article, also we will discuss how to minimize your already realized losses.

Capital Smart City Islamabad is a smart housing project near Thalian Interchange. It is owned by Habib Rafiq Private Limited. It offers various sizes of residential and commercial plots as well as luxury farm houses. Currently 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal plots are available on 4 years installment plan.

Park View City Islamabad

Park View City Islamabad is an upcoming housing venture of Vision Group on the lush green hills of Islamabad Zone 4. It is ideally located on Malot Road with easy access from Kurri Road. Vision group is owned by Mr. Abdul Aleem Khan of PTI. The project is currently under development, and pre-launch booking of residential plots of 5, 10 marla and 1,2 kanal is available on first come first served basis.

Following are the prices of residential plots in Park View City Islamabad:

5 Marla plot price is 35 lacs with 7 lac down payment and remaining amount is payable in 8 equal quarterly installments.

10 Marla plot price is 65 lacs with 13 lac down payment and remaining amount is payable in 8 equal quarterly installments.

Bahria Orchard Phase 8 Rawalpindi

Bahria Town has recently launched a new block right next to its sector F in Phase 8 Rawalpindi by the name of Bahria Orchard. Bahria Orchard offers 5 marla and 10 marla residential plots on 2 year installment plan. Development work at the site has started already, while possession is expected by the end of 2017 or start of 2018.

5 Marla plot price is 17.50 lac with 5.50 lac down payment and remaining amount is payable in 8 quarterly installments of 1.50 lac each.

10 Marla plot price is 27.50 lac with 8.50 lac down payment and remaining amount is payable in 8 quarterly installments of 2.375 lac each.

Bahria Enclave Sector P Islamabad

Bahria Enclave Islamabad has launched its new block P close to Sector M & N where 5, 7 and 10 marla residential plots are available for booking on 1.5 year installment plan. According to latest news, this blocks has been merged in sector M & N as an extension to these blocks, however the location and map remain the same.
