Star Avenue Rabia Residency – Booking Details, Location & Prices

Star Enclave aka Star Avenue Rabia Residency is an new housing project launching soon on main Chakri Road, Rawalpindi. The project is being offered by Star Marketing Private Limited in collaboration with Green Land Developers. Pre-launch bookings of limited residential plots have started at introductory prices with 3 years installments plan, while project is scheduled to be launched very soon at revised prices.

Star Avenue Rabia Residency is another remarkable addition to the housing projects coming up on Chakri Road after Capital Smart City, Rudn Enclave, Blue World City, Mivida, Abdullah City, Khanial Homes and Al Haram City. Considering the upcoming major development of Rawalpindi Ring Road, this area is going to have the easiest access to Motorway, New Islamabad Airport, Rawalpindi City, GT Road and other major landmarks.

This housing project was earlier called “Rabia Residency” that was approved by TMA Potohar which falls under RDA. Same project has been acquired by Star Marketing and rebranded as “Star Enclave”.  Unfortunately, the name “Star Enclave” didn’t get approved so the society has relaunched the project at “Star Avenue Rabia Residency”.

Project Location

Star Avenue Rabia Residency is ideally located in Mouza Chahan right opposite to Capital Smart City on main Chakri Road. The project is planned over about 2500 kanals of land, and some development work has already been done on ground that can been seen on the google maps image below:

As you can see on the map above, the project is located right opposite to Capital Smart City first entrance gate from Chakri Road. This location is about 3 KM from the finalized Rawalpindi Ring Road Interchange, so access to this area will be much easier in the future.

Booking starts from just 10% down payment followed by confirmation and allocation amount, while remaining amount is payable in 3 years through easy monthly and semi-annual installments.

Please note that plot numbers can be selected on map on 30% upfront payment, i.e. (booking+confirmation+allocation) at the time of booking. Commercial plots are currently not available for booking in pre-launch phase.

Booking Procedure

Bookings of plots in Star Avenue are currently available on first come first served basis. You simply have to follow the given procedure to book your plot:

  1. Download this Application Form
  2. Take a print and fill in required details
  3. Prepare a pay order/demand draft in favor of “Green Land Developers”
  4. Attach following documents:
    • CNIC of Applicant
    • Photo of Applicant
    • CNIC of Nominee
  5. Submit your form along with documents and pay order in our office to complete your booking
