Al-Faisal Enclave is a new housing scheme which lies close to New Islamabad Airport and has access through a link road from Fateh Jang Road. It is a neighbor housing project of ICHS Town, therefore it can be considered for long term investment as well as future residence near new Islamabad airport.

Al-Faisal Enclave is a joint venture of Pak AMAFHH Contractor Associates®, Sujo Hunza Real Estate & Builders® and Silkway Business Associates®. There is no information available regarding the NOC status and total land area acquired for the project. However, developers claim to have acquired all the land required for the project already. The society falls under the jurisdiction of TMA Fateh Jang, so you can check the status of NOC from the authority.

Al-Faisal Enclave is a large housing project, which seems to be spread over couple of thousands kanals of land in the close vicinity of New Islamabad Airport.

The developers have launched different sizes of residential and commercial plots, as well as farm houses and apartments on a flexible payment schedule. The master plan map has also been released which shows the location and blocks of residential plots with numbers, farm houses, the spaces reserved for amenities and future extensions.

As you can see on the map above, the society has reserved about 40% of area for future extensions. The route of Kashmir Highway extension and access road to the society is also visible. Please note that Kashmir Highway extension road does not currently exist, but it is planned.

Al-Faisal Enclave offers 5 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla, 14 marla and 1 kanal residential plots with 20% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 3 years through quarterly installments. Similar payment plan applies to farm houses which are available in 3 kanal, 4 kanal, 5 kanal and 6 kanal sizes.

Al Faisal Enclave offers 25×50, 30×60, 50×50 and 50×90 sizes of commercial plots in main commercial area and Block E-1 commercial area. Bookings start from 20% down payment and remaining amount is payable in 12 quarterly installments.

Al-Faisal Enclave also offers bookings of residential apartments with 4 years payment plan. These apartments are located in Al-Faisal markaz, and you can see the multiple blocks of apartment buildings on the given master plan map.

Studio, one bed, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments are available for booking with 20% down payment and remaining amount is payable in 16 quarterly installments.

According to the sponsors, the development work is going on at full swing on the project site. So, if you are interested to buy some residential or commercial plots, farm houses or apartments in Al-Faisal Enclave, you should visit the site yourself to see the actual development work on ground, and also check the NOC status of the housing scheme.
