IBECHS Offers Gulberg Residencia Commercial Plots Through Secret Bidding
IBECHS has announced to sell premium commercial properties at Gulberg Residencia Islamabad through secret bidding. The society had sold few commercial plots in D Markaz last year through similar bidding, and now few commercial plazas are being built on those plots. The society has invited bids from interested parties against available plot numbers, and the last date to apply is 1st April 2019.
In this bidding, there are many more developed commercial plot options being offered in various commercial locations including Blue Area, C Markaz, D Markaz, Block I and Block F. The society has given minimum bid rates per square yards for each type of commercials, so you cannot bid less than the given bid rates. However, the higher bid you offer, the higher will be your chance to get a plot.
Following commercial plot sizes are being offered in Gulberg Residencia:
Commercial Location: Blue Area
- Plot Size: 200×200
- Floor Area Ratio: 1:5
- Minimum Bid: PKR 170,000/- Per Square Yard
Commercial Location: Markaz D Block
- Plot Sizes: 87.6×96, 80×80, 50×50, etc
- Floor Area Ratio: 1:5
- Minimum Bid: PKR 170,000/- Per Square Yard
Commercial Location: Markaz C Block
- Plot Size: 35×35
- LG+G+3 or G+4
- Minimum Bid: PKR 150,000/- Per Square Yard
Commercial Location: Class III Center F & I Block
- Plot Sizes: 30×35, 30×30
- LG+G+1
- Minimum Bid: PKR 80,000/- Per Square Yard
Application forms are available at the Head office of Gulberg Islamabad at Business Park Commercial, Gulberg Greens Islamabad. Number of plots and sizes are also given on the available documents, so you can choose the plot you like and place your bid.

The application form will be submitted at Head Office of Gulberg Islamabad by 1st April 2019 along with pay order for token money in favor of IBECHS Islamabad, which is given as under:
- For Blue Area Plots: Token Money 50,00,000/-
- For D Markaz Plots: Token Money 25,00,000/-
- For C, F and I Commercials: Token Money 15,00,000/-
The society reserved the right to cancel any bid without assigning any reason thereof. The govt. duties/taxes will be borne by the successful bidders after the announcement.
In case of successful bidding, the bidder will need to pay 25% of the total amount as down payment, while remaining amount will be payable in 11 equal quarterly installments over the next 3 years.
It is important to mention here that the offered commercial plots are fully developed already, and ready for possessions and construction. If you are a builder, you can avail this opportunity to bid for your preferred plot and start your project right after the success.
