The administration has already acquired around 18,000 to 20,000 Kanal of land, and further land acquisition process is underway. If you visit the site of General Block, you will notice that the management has specified the acquired land area by putting flags of Rudn Enclave.

As we mentioned before, General Block is benefitting from Rawalpindi Ring Road. It passes through the General Block and meets with Chakri Road, and the Chakri Road Interchange of R will be developed just 1 kilometer from the entrance of the Overseas Block.
Therefore, this block will have a lot of exposure as thousands of vehicles will pass through it via Ring Road. Another major reason for slow and no-noticeable development is the implementation of Section 4 by the government.
Let us explain the Section 4. Whenever the government has plans for an infrastructural project, Section 4 is imposed on the specified land area, which stops any identity from carrying on development and construction in that very area.
