DHA Bahawalpur Launches Orchard Enclave
DHA Bahawalpur is a grand housing society by the Armed Forces of Pakistan. DHA Bahawalpur Orchard Enclave is a flagship project of the Defense Housing Authority. Orchard Enclave is a majestic real estate development, which is a planned smart city within the larger DHA Bahawalpur Project. DHA Bahawalpur Orchard Enclave was launched in a ceremony recently. The administration of DHA BWP raised the anticipation of investors and realtors as they shared news stating “something big is coming” on their social media platforms. The announcement of Launching of this project was announced on 14th September by the administration.
It was a significant event, as a new project was launched and the top management of DHA BWP was present. Aside from the launch, the official logo, and presentation of a virtual reality experience were disclosed. Furthermore, a musical night was also held. This auspicious event was attended by government officials, DHA leadership, investors, realtors, and members of the society. Lieutenant General Saqib Mehmood Malik, Chairman of the Project Management Committee was honored with the rope cutting for inauguration. He praised the efforts of DHA BWP for transforming the concept of Orchard Enclave into reality, by launching a development plan.
This project is destined to change and upgrade the traditional lifestyle in Pakistan, according to the highest international standards. Orchard Enclave is based on a smart city concept, that will emerge to be a game changer of the development standards and high-end living. Furthermore, it will boost the real estate business and introduce profitable investment and world-class living opportunities.
