The New Islamabad International Airport has been the center of so many rumors recently that people literally thought that the government was going to shift the airport to Rawat without even knowing the progress of this project on ground.
As the CAA (civil aviation authority) declared about its progress on its 31st anniversary, some confidence was seen in the investors and people started to take interested in the property near new islamabad airport.
Top City 1, Mumtaz City and PECHS are going to be the center of attention for any investors who want to put their money into the land near the Airport.
Now the news is circulating that PM Nawaz Sharif is going to visit the new airport project next week. The news came in the Daily Jang Newspaper on 16th of december where it said the road network to the new airport will be made as per the previously approved plan by NHA and no other extension to the Kashmir highway will be made as it will increase expenses as well as further delay the project.
The PM visit to the airport will definitely affect the value of the areas surrounding the airport, especially the areas lying at the boundary of the New Airport like PECHS Society which is going to be the most attractive investment for property investors & builders.

PM visit to the new airport site will definitely increase trust of investors and all the societies closer to the airport will benefit from it. I think this is the right time to hold some land nearby the airport.
