Park View City Islamabad Overseas Block Balloting Results
Park View City Islamabad has finally conducted the long-awaited ballot ceremony to allot plot numbers to eligible residential and commercial plot files of Overseas Block on Friday, August 12, 2022 at the project site. The balloting event was attended by the cricket legends like Shahid Khan Afridi, and Waseem Akram, as well as people from real estate community including investors, plot owners and others from different walks of life. In total, there were more than 5000 people who participated in the balloting event.
As we had mentioned earlier, all those files of Park View City Overseas Block were eligible for plot numbers which had at least 50% of the total plot price paid in their statements. So, congratulation to those who have managed to get plot numbers in Overseas Block in this balloting event. Those who were not eligible for this ballot, they may continue with their installments to get their plot numbers in the next ballot.
The society conducted the computerized balloting of all eligible files and displayed list of results on the event, but no physical or online access of results was provided so even those who have got plot numbers will have to make some effort to find out their result. Moreover, the society didn’t unveil Park View City Overseas Block Map at the event as they had promised, but we expect that they will release the map within next few days.
