Here are is a great news for the investors and potential buyers of Supreme Court Employees Housing Scheme in CDA Sector G-17 Islamabad. Capital Development Authority has approved NOC for development of Sector G-17/1 & 2 by SCECHS Islamabad.
Earlier in 2021, the LOP was approved for sub-sectors G-17/1 and G-17/2 measuring 2222.06 kanals which restored investors’ confidence on the scheme. The society also conducted limited ballot of employee files which went up high in market. Now the issuance of NOC has further boosted investors’ trust on the future of this housing scheme.
