Federal Government Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has published an important notice for those who have built their houses in Sector G-13 and G-14/4 Islamabad. It will be mandatory for them to obtain completion certificate from Capital Development Authority.
According to the notice, Such home owners/builders are directed to obtain completion certificate from CDA before transfer of their houses, failing which FGEHF will not allow such transfers.
