FGEHA to Launch CDA Sectors G-12 and F-12 for General Public

FGEHA Prepares the Application Forms of Sectors G-12 and F-12

FGEHA or Federal Government Employees Housing Authority is a government body operating in Islamabad that works for the creation of housing options for Federal Government Employees. Sectors G-12 and F-12 are two major sectors of the capital city that are being managed by FGEHA.

In the latest news, FGHEA has prepared the application for both of these sectors. A 20% fixed quota has been fixed by the authority for the public in sectors G-12 and F-12. The plots of the mentioned sectors will be assigned to the public through balloting. Furthermore, FGEHA has also given insights into the application procedure.

It is also important to mention, just one application can be submitted on a single CNIC, moreover, a 10% down payment and processing fee is also to be submitted with the application, and it is non-refundable.

The down payment and processing fee of different plot categories are as follows:

  • The down payment of 5 Marla (139 square guz) plots is PKR 839000 whereas the processing fee is PKR 5000.
  • The processing fee for 7 Marla (200 square guz) plots is PKR 8000 and the down payment is PKR 1208000.
  • Similarly, 9 Marla (272 square guz) plots have a processing fee of PKR 10000 and the down payment is PKR 1642000.
  • The processing fee for 11.5 Marla (356 square guz) plots is PKR 15000 and the down payment is PKR 2151000.
  • Finally, the down payment for 16 Marla (500 square guz) plots is 3020000, and the processing fee is PKR 20000.

The applications for plots for Sectors G-12 and F-12 are now open, and interested people may submit them timely. The quota for government employees is 40%, which is awaiting the final decision of the Supreme Court. On the other hand, a 25% quota is reserved for the affected people in these sectors.
