Defence Housing Authority Islamabad has issued payment reminder notice to those successful applicants of Overseas Sectors J & K who had opted for Lump Sum Payment. The payment deadline has been announced and the successful applicants are directed to submit their full payments within time in order to avoid cancellation.
According to the notice, the successful applicants must submit their pending amounts latest by 31st March 2021 through Roshan Digital Account, Pay Orders, Demand Draft or Credit Card in favor of “Defence Housing Authority Islamabad”.
As market of DHA Phase 5 is already booming, those who have booked plots in overseas sectors should submit their payments without any further delay in order to avoid any inconvenience.
