DHA Multan New Booking 2021
DHA Multan has come up with a new offer to book residential and commercial plots in existing sectors on 3 years easy installments plan. Local and Overseas Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply for available plot sizes by paying non-refundable application fee. Once submissions are closed, DHA will ballot all valid applications to announce successful members who are eligible to book a plot in DHA Multan.
What is the New Booking Offer?
DHA Multan offers booking of a limited number of residential and commercial plots in existing sectors. The successful applicants will be able to book their plots by paying a nominal down payment, while remaining amount will be payable in 3 years through quarterly installments.

Special Quota for Overseas Pakistanis
Considering the increased interest of Overseas Community in DHA Projects, DHA Multan has reserved a special quota for Overseas Pakistanis. The ratio of reserved quota is not yet disclosed, however it may be nearly 30% or above. Overseas Pakistanis have the right to apply in any category, however they may have higher chances of success if they apply in the pertinent category of Overseas Pakistanis.
How to Apply?
The procedure to apply for DHA Multan new booking offer is quite simple. There are two methods of submitting your application, as mentioned below:
- Online Form Submission
- Manual Form Submission
Following is the procedure of online form submission:
- Whether you are an Overseas Pakistani or a local resident, you can visit the official website of DHA Multan to fill out and submit the application form.
- Pay the processing fee online through a valid Visa Credit Card. Meezan Debit Card can also be used for online payments.
- Once form is submitted and payment is successful, your application is done.
Following is the procedure of manual form submission:
- Visit the official website and fill out the application form.
- Once form is ready, you will download the application form and take a print.
- Submit your processing fee by cash at any of the designated bank branches given on the application form.
- After payment in the bank, you will courier the signed and stamped application to DHA Multan Offices located in Multan, Lahore and Islamabad.
- Courier should be sent to: DHA Multan General Ballot 2021 Application Cell, DHA Multan, 01-Multan Public School Road, Multan
- You may submit the form by physically visiting any of DHA Multan offices.
Important Instructions
- Before you submit your application, here are some important instructions for applicants:
- One form can be used for one application only.
- One person can submit any number of applications.
- If a member wants to submit more than one application, he will submit new form and pay processing fee for each submission.
- Incomplete form won’t be included in ballot.
- Photocopy of a form is not accepted, so generate new form for each application.
- In case of manual submission, application should be duly signed and stamped by the bank before sending courier to DHA Multan Office.
- Successful applicants will have to submit down payment of relevant category by September 10, 2021.
Application Deadline
DHA Multan is offering this facility for limited time only. Application forms can be submitted from July 16 till August 06, 2021. After submissions are closed, a computerized ballot will be held to randomly pick out the successful applicants who can then book their plots by paying down payment.

Please note that the given prices are for 3 years payment plan. You may opt for 2 years or one year payment plan or even lump sum payment which gets you 5%, 10% and 15% rebate on given prices respectively.
