Rawalpindi Ring Road Development Tender Enters Final Stages
Rawalpindi Ring Road Development will not only benefits the general public but also the surrounding housing societies. This mega-project will improve the traffic flow to many major areas of Rawalpindi.
According to the latest news, the Rawalpindi Ring Road Development tender entered the final stages of deployment, and the work on the project is likely to start soon. Recently, only two construction companies namely Frontier Works Organization (FWO) and National Logistics Cell (NLC) are provisionally invited to the tendering. But, NLC failed to submit the tenders on the due date.
According to the officials, FWO submitted their tender timely and provided prices even lower the general market rate. Along with this, NESPAK has already begun the surveying and investigation of the Rawalpindi Ring Road.

The tendering is expected to be finished on 15th March 2022 and work will start shortly after NESPAK completes the investigation. According to the officials, FWO is likely to get the project as it was the only one to submit the tender and that too in rates lesser than expected costs.
