DHA Lahore has announced new ballot 2019 results of its recently launched limited residential and commercial plots in different phases of DHA. You can simply check your ballot results by entering your cnic/application number in the online results form.
Those who have been declared successful in the ballot, they will need to submit 10% down payment by 22nd January 2020 in order to get allotment of subject plots, or else the result will be canceled.
Those who have been declared unsuccessful, they will need to wait till 27th January 2020, as they still stand a chance to be included in 2nd ballot. In case of non-payment by successful applicants, their offer for allotment will be transferred to 2nd successful applicant. 2nd allottees list will be published on 27th January 2020.
In case of failure in 2nd ballot, applicants lose their registration fee. So, they can try again in any upcoming option in future.

In case you have come out successful in the ballot, you can submit your down payment within given deadline using the following methods:
- Through Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of ‘DHA Lahore’ alongwith covering letter containing particulars i.e. Name, Address, Application No. and Plot No. to facilitate proper credit to the owner.
- Depositing cash in designated branches of banks within DHA on a Challan Form to be obtained from DHA Office.
- Online payment by depositing cash in any of the following bank accounts, however, copy of bank deposit slip duly paid into the bank will be sent through email to mast@dhalahore.org mentioning Name, Address, Application No. and Plot No. to facilitate proper credit to the owner failing which payment will not be processed.
