- Extra charges must be paid within 365 days of booking.
Discounts
- Customers can avail 10 % discount in case of a lump-sum payment.
- A 3% discount is offered on 50% or half payment.
- Star Club Card holders can avail of a discount of PKR 100,000/- on all plots.
Note
Allocation and possession charges are applicable on all plots and payable when demanded by the management of Gulberg Islamabad.
Terms and Conditions for Gulberg Islamabad New Deal 2022
- All premium charges and extra charges will be payable within 360 days from the date of booking.
- The actual area shall be adjusted at the time of possession and dimensions proportion to the price at which the price is sold.
