Sector G-17 Supreme Court Housing Scheme Balloting Done & Map Released
Here is a very good news for the investors/owners of Sector G-17, Supreme Court Employees Housing Scheme, Islamabad. The management committee of SCECHS has conducted balloting of employees’ files falling in sub-sectors G-17/1 and G-17/2. The society has also released official map of these sectors as the LOP has already been approved by CDA.
As balloting has been done, those who have employees’ files in these sub-sectors should now have their plot numbers. This development will significantly increase prices of balloted plots falling in balloted area due to high demand.
Other file types like against land files, and developer files falling in these sub-sectors will also be balloted very soon, so those who have such files should hold it for better return.
The society is not confined to only G-17/1 and 2, but the sub-sectors G-17/3 and 4 are also part of the society, however land in this part of the scheme has not been fully acquired. Therefore, those who are holding files in these sub-sectors should wait till land acquisition is complete and LOP is approved by CDA.
